We'll cover safe harvesting techniques, avoiding chemical contamination, and identifying individual plants. Join us for hands-on experience with a variety of plants like Plantain, Cattail, Nettles, and more.

Equipment List:
Standard camping equipment if they are camping, small camp stove and cooking gear to prepare harvested plants. Peterson's Edible Plant Guides & Peterson's Medicinal Plant Guide for the Eastern Woodlands, Notebook and pen/pencil. Food/snacks for the duration of the class.
